Feriye
Once a 19th century police station, the building that now houses Feriye stands as a rare surviving examples of 19th century classical Ottoman architecture. Whilst linking us to history Feriye brings modern styling and sensibility with a cuisine from it's "Ottantic" kitchen. A kitchen that takes its inspiration from different cullinary influences in order to create its own unique blend of traditional and new.
By obtaining its ingredients from organic sources and serving a synthesis of traditional Turkish and Ottoman kitchen Feriye has succeeded in fusing the old and the new. Accordingly, menus change with each new season.
Twinkling Bosporus views and night-time sea breezes add extra romance to an already special evening.
