Zeyrekhane
Eating out in an open museum. Zeyrek means "wisdom" and Zeyrekhane means the "wisdom house". This extraordinary restaurant is located in the grounds of an ancient seminary.
It's exact situation is before the Pantocrator Monastery. When seated in the garden you are able to enjoy an amazing view of The Old City whilst taking in a unique and unforgettable ambiance. All the artifacts used in the decor of the restaurant are antiques.
Try the sac böregi (fried pastries with meat or cheese) and the Zeyrek kebap (diced and minced meat on pita covered in yoghurt).
